Undergraduate Programs
Undergraduate students in the School of Architecture and Built Environment may pursue two Tulane degrees simultaneously. Acceptance by both academic divisions and the approval of both deans is required. Dual degree students are expected to maintain a superior academic record. Graduate Programs
Graduate students may pursue a Master of Architecture degree in conjunction with a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development or Master of Science in Historic Preservation.

Graduate Certificate in Public Interest Design

Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation
The Certificate in Historic Preservation is open to Tulane graduate students, as well as professionals and advocates alike. With roughly half of the country’s construction work involving rehabilitation of existing buildings, a certificate from Tulane’s established Historic Preservation program is a valuable addition to one’s career or profession. Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Urbanism
The Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Urbanism is a 12-credit program focused on sustainable, resilient, and equitable approaches to urban environments. Through coursework in urban geography, mapping, global urbanism, and engaged urban design, students develop tools to analyze contemporary urban challenges and imagine more just and adaptive urban futures.
