The following awards may be offered in addition to merit scholarships to graduate students in the architecture, historic preservation, or landscape architecture and engineering programs.
The Boudreaux Scholarship

Kenneth A. Schwartz Scholarship Endowed Fund
The Kenneth Schwartz Scholarship Fund honors the leadership and legacy of Kenneth Schwartz, FAIA, who served as dean of the Tulane School of Architecture from 2008 to 2018. The fund provides academic scholarships for graduate students in the Tulane School of Architecture and Built Environment, supporting the next generation of architects as they pursue innovative, socially engaged design and advance their professional goals.
John F. Clemmer Fund
This fund honors the legacy of John F. Clemmer (1921–2014), a prolific modernist artist and influential educator whose decades of teaching and creative work helped shape the New Orleans art scene. It supports graduate students in the School of Architecture and Built Environment, awarding the designation of John F. Clemmer Scholars. Preference is given to students pursuing both art and architecture, reflecting Clemmer's lifelong commitment to interdisciplinary exploration, mentorship, and artistic innovation.
James Marston Fitch Fellowship in Historic Preservation
James Marston Fitch was an architect and preservationist who played a major role in the historic preservation movement of the 1960s. This fund in his name supports students pursuing the Master of Historic Preservation degree in the Tulane School of Architecture and Built Environment, empowering them to gain hands-on experience and deepen their impact in the field of historic preservation.
Moise H. and Lois G. Goldstein Award
The Moise H. and Lois G. Goldstein Fund supports one or more students in the Tulane School of Architecture and Built Environment who demonstrate both talent and financial need, helping make an architectural education more accessible and impactful. The Fund furthers the School's educational, research, and service mission, honoring the Goldsteins' enduring contributions to Tulane and the cultural life of New Orleans.
George J Reihl Scholarship Endowed Fund
This fund honors the legacy of George J. Riehl, a distinguished New Orleans architect whose six-decade career included work on the Louisiana State Capitol, Charity Hospital, and the iconic California and Saratoga buildings, as well as years of civic service as chairman of the City Park board. Established through a gift from his son, Dr. Riehl, the fund supports students in the Tulane School of Architecture and Built Environment, helping preserve George Riehl's legacy and empower future generations of aspiring architects.
Ellie Earl Norwood Architectural Scholarship Fund
