All undergraduate admissions to Tulane are managed by the University’s Office of Admission. In addition to the undergraduate admissions application requirements, the School of Architecture recommends a digitally submitted portfolio for review by School of Architecture faculty. The school works closely with the Admissions Office to select the most promising candidates from those accepted to Tulane.
All graduate admissions (Master of Architecture I, Master of Science in Architectural Research and Design, Master of Preservation Studies, and Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development) are administered through the School of Architecture. The school looks closely for intelligence, creativity, motivation, achievement, leadership and character. Academic potential is essential. At the same time, the school seeks students who exhibit energy and the ability to contribute to campus life outside the classroom. In addition, diversity among students is a great educational enhancement, and applications from students with varied backgrounds are welcomed.
If you would like more information about applying to any of our programs, please submit a request for information or contact our Assistant Director of Admissions William Wildman.
