Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Thais Emilia De Four currently resides in Panama. She received her architecture degree from Howard University, and has a Masters in Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
Coming from Panama, an area severely impacted by hurricanes and their destructive aftermath, Thais joins Tulane with a keen interest in preservation relating to natural disasters. With her degree from the Historic Preservation program, Thais plans to pursue a certificate in disaster management. Her specific interest lies in the management and protection of historical monuments during natural disasters.
