TuSA & NOCHI Gingerbread Design and Baking Competition Reception

Tulane School of Architecture (TuSA) and the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) announce the 2022 Gingerbread Design & Baking Competition!

For the competition, pairs of two TuSA students have been assigned one NOCHI baking student to work together to design, bake, and construct a gingerbread house or structure to be displayed in the NOCHI lobby throughout the holiday season! 

Save the Date for the unveiling and judging at a free Holiday Reception at NOCHI on Thursday, December 1st, 2022 where the winners will be crowned!
