This year we will hear from: Z Smith, Principal and Director of Sustainability and Building Performance at EskewDumezRipple about the design process of New Orleans’ first carbon neutral, multi-family housing.
Dasjon Jordan, Executive Director of Broad Community Connections and Vice Chair of the City of New Orleans Planning Commission about community engaged design and housing trends.
Erin Holmes, Executive Director of Vieux Carre Property Owners, Residents, and Associates about the Airbnb crisis in New Orleans and the future of short-term housing
