Robert Denham
Rob Denham was recently promoted to Development Manager in the Economic Development Division for the Department of Community and Economic Development with the City of Cincinnati.
He received his Bachelors of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, and his Masters of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Rob became interested in economic development after studying the makeup of his inner-city neighborhood growing up in Columbus, Ohio. Determined to create and sustain thriving urban environments that are inclusive of people from all walks of life, he has held a host of public and private positions to learn all he can about the many facets of revitalization. Through his work with the City he is very much so involved and invested in OTR and the community, through neighborhood revitalization, real estate development, business attraction & retention, and community engagement. Rob has also served on the OTR Chamber of Commerce’s Business Attraction and Retention (BAR) Committee for the past year and was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2022.
