Alison Musch (née Rodberg), AIA (M.Arch '13), has navigated a decade-long career across California, Utah, and Washington states. Her experience in these regions has cultivated her expertise in regional materials and detailing, as she has contributed to various project types, including Retail, Industrial, K-12 Education, Higher Education, and Multi-Family Housing. 

Alison's journey began as a Production Coordinator at Ware Malcomb Architects and progressed to her current role as a Project Manager, Education Coordinator, and Fun Committee member at Dykeman Architects. Alongside her professional accomplishments, Alison actively participates in industry organizations such as Women in Architecture Salt Lake City and the National Association of Women in Construction, aspiring to establish a WIA chapter in the North Puget Sound region. She is a registered Architect in Washington state. In her leisure time, Alison enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, daughter, and furry companion.
