Professor of Practice in Design

Patti Dunn is a practicing sewn goods designer and the founder of Tchoup Industries. Her design methods are guided by environmentally sustainable principles, applicable to both mass-produced and limited-run projects.

With over 20 years of experience, Dunn has provided professional design services to national and international brands across various industry markets. Her expertise encompasses innovative design problem-solving, impactful visual communication, functional fabric sourcing, hands-on prototyping, and an extensive knowledge of production processes.

Dunn is dedicated to enhancing practical skills among
students and fostering a culture of innovative thinking and empathetic design.
