Kyle Goggans

Adjunct Lecturer in Real Estate

Kyle Goggans is a Project Manager in the Global Real Estate and Integrated
Construction Services division at Fresenius Medical Care, where he oversees the regional development of dialysis clinics across Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, East Texas, and West Tennessee.

Prior to his current role, Kyle served as Development Project Manager for The Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, leading site acquisition, design, and development for new restaurant locations in seven states throughout the Southeastern United States.

Kyle also has extensive experience in residential historic rehabilitation, having completed several projects utilizing historic tax credits, along with the development of multiple new construction homes.

Originally from the Boston area, Kyle holds a Master of Sustainable Real Estate
Development from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
Lincoln University in Pennsylvania.
