David Harms

Assistant Adjunct Professor in Real Estate Development

David is a manager in the development advisory practice of Baker Tilly, where he assists clients with affordable housing development and financial structuring. He previously served as the VP of real estate development for one of the nation's largest nonprofit developers. David serves on the boards of Friends of Lafitte Greenway, unCommon Construction and the Louisiana Association of Affordable Housing Providers, and has previously served on the board of Jane Place Neighborhood Sustainability Initiative. He and his wife enjoy living in Mid City, which has been home for most of the past 15 years.
