“Day Care Center for People with Alzheimer’s Disease” has been selected as one of the 207 works included in Arquitectura española: 30 años en transición (1996–2026), the exhibition presented by Consejo Superior de los Colegios de Arquitectos de España (CSCAE) as part of the UIA World Congress of Architects 2026 at Disseny Hub Barcelona.
The president of the CSCAE, Marta Vall-llossera, noted that this exhibition houses "the finest of architecture in Spain over the last 30 years, with a clear vocation of service to people."
The project was developed by Assistant Professor Sonsoles Vela and Associate Professor Rubén García Rubio through their practice, studioVRA. It is an honor to be part of this distinguished selection of works reflecting three decades of Spanish architecture.
