Rubén Rubio García served as a studio instructor for the Urban Planning Design Research Studio “MAC: Milano Animal City” at the Politecnico di Milano, under the direction of Stefano Boeri in 2014-15. Now, the studio’s outputs were included in Fondation Cartier’s “Animals in the City / Animaux dans la Ville” exhibition at Galerie Valois, Paris (Oct. 21, 2025–Feb. 2, 2026), highlighting the broader cultural impact of studio-based design research. The exhibit explored opportunities for the harmonious coexistence of animals and humans resulting from careful urban planning.
