Renovation project headed by Andrew Trivers FAIA ‘69 achieves LEED Platinum Certification

The Hipolito F. Garcia Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, a renovation project headed by Andrew Trivers FAIA ‘69, achieved LEED Platinum Certification. The 1937 Federal Building and United States Courthouse is a 308,270 square foot building located on Alamo Plaza in San Antonio, Texas.  The historic building underwent a major renovation and achieved LEED® Platinum Certification for the high performance green building features that were incorporated in the renovation.  The project is the first GSA LEED® Platinum historic structure.

Andy Trivers, FAIA also made news on May 18, 2012, by welcoming the Washington University Class of 2012 into the architecture profession.
