All classes are suspended for the week of March 16. Starting the week of March 23, all classes will resume entirely online. Tulane School of Architecture (TuSA) remains open with most faculty and staff working remotely. Students can be granted access to work in the building only with prior approval from the school. At this time, we are not hosting admissions tours.

Tulane is working with students who have difficult personal circumstances that would make leaving campus a challenge or will face complications in online learning once they return home. In response, we have set up the Tulane Student Emergency Aid and Assistance Fund to address current student needs.

TYLR 3000 - Taylor Your Life

Bio:

Sarah is a Tulane adjunct faculty member teaching Taylor Your Life (TYL). Before joining the TYL team, she worked as an experienced program manager and education professional at Tulane as well as a staff writer with Gambit Weekly. As a longtime environmental advocate, animal lover, and NOLA resident, Sarah has been part of numerous local eco-projects and partnerships with nonprofits such as National Wildlife Federation, Sierra Club, FEMA, LSART, LA/SPCA, and the Audubon Society.

Sarah is also the founder and owner of Vintage Green Review, a zero-waste education and personal lifestyle consulting business that helps individuals reduce plastic waste, lower their overall impact on the environment, and reimagine their consumer-based relationship with the natural world. As a new entrepreneur and female small-business owner, she is building the job of her dreams. After finding her calling, Sarah is dedicated to helping students explore their own changemaking career pathways and master design thinking mindsets to build fulfilling lives that make a positive difference in the world.

Sarah’s interests and hobbies include animal welfare, vegan cooking, vintage fashion, running, and house flipping. Sarah holds her B.A. and M.A. in English from Tulane University and her M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from the University of New Orleans.
