All classes are suspended for the week of March 16. Starting the week of March 23, all classes will resume entirely online. Tulane School of Architecture (TuSA) remains open with most faculty and staff working remotely. Students can be granted access to work in the building only with prior approval from the school. At this time, we are not hosting admissions tours.

Tulane is working with students who have difficult personal circumstances that would make leaving campus a challenge or will face complications in online learning once they return home. In response, we have set up the Tulane Student Emergency Aid and Assistance Fund to address current student needs.

Emilie Taylor, a design + technology tenure track faculty candidate, and Jon Foote, a design + architectural history tenure track faculty candidate, will both be giving lectures on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 12PM in room 201.  

Emilie Taylor is currently the Assistant Director of Design Build for the Tulane City Center, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Tulane School of Architecture and Principal of Colectivo, LLC. Her lecture is titled “Methods of Assembly.”

Jon Foote is the founder/principal at Atelier U:W, LLC and a lecturer at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California. His lecture is titled “The Open Work: Architecture In-Progress."

In addition to the lecture, there will be an open forum with faculty and Meet-and-Greet with students for each candidates. Please stay posted for the times and rooms which will be announced.
