Tanner Strohschein

Tanner Strohschein joined Gulf Coast Housing Partnership as a project manager in September of 2013. Before joining the GCHP team, Mr. Strohschein held the position of Financial Analyst with a New Orleans-based development company, Wisznia | Architecture + Development. At Wisznia, he was responsible for creating and managing pro formas for numerous large-scale historic redevelopment projects. His responsibilities also involved various aspects of asset management, including producing annual operating budgets and overseeing monthly financial statements for the properties in the company’s New Orleans portfolio. Mr. Strohschein earned a Master of Sustainable Real Estate

Development from Tulane University’s School of Architecture. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Louisiana State University.
