Marcelle Highstreet is the Director of Development for Tulane School of Architecture. She received her JD from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 1991. While a law student Ms. Highstreet was a member of the Loyola Moot Court Staff and held a research assistantship. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Highstreet, practiced law in the areas of admiralty and insurance defense. She holds a master’s degree in Political Science and undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from The University of New Orleans. While a graduate student in Political Science, she was awarded graduate assistantships in teaching and research. Ms. Highstreet left the practice of law to pursue a career in development. Her development experience includes major gifts, planned giving, leadership annual giving, grants, research and management.
