Amber Seely is the Director of Development for Renaissance Property Group where she identifies and evaluates projects then manages them to completion. She is an urban redevelopment professional engaged in real estate development, community development, urban planning and public policy. For 5 years she focused on real estate development for a quasi-public entity and then a non-profit organization. Building on her real estate finance and underwriting work Amber became a certified real estate market analyst and consulted with a variety of clients to strengthen real estate development proposals throughout the New Orleans region post-Katrina. Amber holds a Masters in Urban Policy from The New School and an Urban Redevelopment Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design.
