News Alison Popper hired as staff writer for magazine
Alison Popper (TSA 4th year master’s candidate) was recently hired to write reviews, editorials, and newcomer interviews for magazine, Art Voices, published by local artist, Terrence Sanders. The magazine focuses on the local art and design scene of New Orleans, and is hoping to provide insight into its culture. Alison’s first review and centerspread story was about an exhibition called the Hard Eight at the Terrance Sanders Gallery on Royal Street. In March, she will be interviewing Tony Nozero about his recent transformation from full-time musician to full-time artist, and she will be reviewing the work by Dan Tague, shown now at the UNO Fine Arts Gallery.
