MK Red co-founder Michael Bosio (MSRED ’14), announces the development of 3200 Chartres St. 32HUNDRED Chartres

On December 17th, 2015, MK Red co-founder and RESM adjunct professor, Michael Bosio (MSRED ’14), announced the development of 3200 Chartres St. 32HUNDRED Chartres is a 35,000 SF mixed-use development along the recently finished Crescent Park, in the Bywater. The building will include 17 units, 17 parking spaces (5 tandem), and 1,750 SF of ground floor retail. The proposal recently received ARC’s conceptual approval and will go in front of the HDLC commission on Jan. 14th. The proposal will also be reviewed through the Development Plan and Design Review within the city government. Construction is projected to begin in late spring.
