AIA Fellowship and Young Architect Award Announcement

Feb 9, 2015

Congratulations to at least THREE Tulane School of Architecture alumni who have been elected to AIA Fellowship this year.

- Michael Bell (Bell Architecture, New Orleans)
- Thomas Braham (Gensler, Chicago)
- Gabriel Smith (Thomas Phifer, New York)

They join a growing and distinguished list of Tulane alumni who hold this distinction.

Further, you may have seen that we will also honor two AIA Young Architect Award winners – with only 15 of these are awarded this year, it is truly a tribute to them and the legacy of our faculty and students over many generations.

- Jose Alvarez AIA
- Adrianne Steichen AIA

We should all be proud of their accomplishments and the way it shines on our School’s reputation. You can see the announcement here:

We will be preparing the announcement for our own website soon, and I will be joined by well over 100 alumni at the Tulane Alumni Reception at the AIA Convention in May to honor these individuals

Congratulations to these wonderful architects – and kudos to the legacy of Tulane School of Architecture for creating the setting in which excellence emerges through the great work of our alumni!
