"The Sugar Mill Sessions" Exhibited in New Orleans
The Louisiana Endowment for Humanities features Tulane School of Architecture's Digital Imaging Specialist, David Armentor's, the "Sugar Mill Sessions" in the Summer issue of Louisiana Cultural Vistas Magazine. The "Sugar Mill Sessions" is an ongoing photographic project which focuses on Louisiana's Gulf Coast Sugar Industry. It is broken into 3 chapters which give a comprehensive view of industry and the culture that surrounds it. Each chapter explores a different theme and is represented in a unique stylistic approach.
Coinciding with the article, Cole Pratt Gallery will be hosting an exhibition of this work from July 3rd - August 17th with an opening reception on July 20th from 3 - 5pm.
