Henry Robert Jolibois, Visiting Fulbright Scholar in Residence

Henry Robert Jolibois is a specialist in "Architecture, Construction, Heritage Protection Arts." He is speaking as part of the Haitian Studies Association 2017 Annual Meeting, co-hosted by Tulane University and Xavier University. Jolibois has held technical, consulting and managerial positions in various governmental sectors in Haiti, including more than 25 years at the National Institute for Heritage Preservation (ISPAN). During 2017-2018 he is a Visiting Fulbright scholar at Xavier University.
