Alison Price - The Architecture of Gentrification

John William Lawrence Travel Research Fellowship

Lecture

Made possible by the John William Lawrence Travel Research Fellowship, Allison was able to visit Oakland, Chicago, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Boston to contemplate a burning question: what do we talk about when we talk about gentrification? In this lecture, she will present findings on development strategies in gentrifying neighborhoods with a focus on process, partnerships and community engagement.
