Braham Berg, on behalf of the AIAS Chapter at TSA, showed great initiative in collaborating with the local AIA chapter and in organizing an exhibition at the AIA Design Center on Lee Circle. They selected an option studio that was willing to take on the extensive work on mounting the display of their full semester of work. As a member of the AIA New Orleans Executive Committee of the Board, I helped to facilitate this. The Chapter is delighted to have this form of student involvement.
The work from Marty McElveen’s studio will be displayed at the Center for several weeks, and you all are invited to the opening reception which will take place on Saturday, June 6, at 6:00 pm at 1000 St. Charles Avenue.
