Assistant Project Manager / Summer Intern

Grant Projects

Grant Projects is seeking an Assistant Project Manager as well as a summer intern. Please see the description below and contact Erik Lang with interest or further information.

Both positions have similar job responsibilities; assisting the Principal in Charge and Senior Project Managers in their day to day operations of ongoing real estate development projects in various locations from Boston, to New York City, to Washington DC, to Miami, FL.  Candidates will have the benefit of working with a team of experienced individuals on all aspects of a Real Estate development project from initial zoning and feasibility studies, to design concept and oversight of design professionals, to running bidding and contract negotiations, to oversight of construction, and ultimately to coordination with tenant fit-out and move-ins.  It's an ideal position for candidates who see the opportunities in shaping a project prior to the typical design phases, and the value of seeing it through to the grand opening.
